|Recommended: YesEnjoyable Living — We’ve had mostly good experiences and have enjoyed the property. We had some noisy neighbors last year which is to be expected anywhere. Cynthia makes sure the property looks good, and she enforces rules which is for everyone’s benefit. They take care of maintenance issues within a few days. We’re glad we found this property. It’s also tucked away which is nice.

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good.. — Catons Villas South is a really pleasant place to live. I’ve been here about a month and I like how the property is kept, maintenance is attentive so far with a couple of repairs I needed done. The neighbors stay to themselves, very quiet and clean, and the staff are very helpful when I need clarification on something. Really love the atmosphere here, however, as my title says so far so good.
